We have highly trained engineers, who support your in-line vision systems or
instruments in order to maximise your systems uptime. We install in-line
systems or instruments and keep the customer in hand until they are up running
as well as we routinely carry out operational qualification, system
integrations, troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance and fast emergency
breakdown service.

Service contract
We are working
with 4 types of service contracts where some includes a yearly maintenance
visits where a service technician will replace warn out parts, test the
function of the instrument, go though the daily use with operators and control
that everything is in order. Furthermore Videometer will fix or repair reported
failures on site or if possible via the telephone or E-mail. Please contact us
for further information regarding possible service contract of your instrument
or in-line vision system.
